Notes

Ran 2 laps of GE's track at 7 minute pace which to be honest tired me out a lot - I need some time now to get into the rhythm of that pace and feel comfortable in it. Either way, ran out of mental want 2 laps in - decided to do a combination of strides and 5min abs - after a minute of ab-ing I would stride about 100 meters and go right into the next ab set.

It went well and I was definitely feeling the workout even though it was so quick!
