Supposed to run 1200, hurdle drills warmup, 2 mile warmup, 6 x 400 at goal mile pace (66-67ish), rest is 200meter jog in between

I ran 69, 65, 65, 65, 65, 64. I am pretty pumped about my times. I know the distances were legit because I was at the petttit as well...
