Overall good workout. Nate got confused and went to Withrow HS instead of the GE track so we ended up running separately. That's okay though because I still finished the workout.
I felt tired from the beginning. Likely because of the hard lifting session I did yesterday. I still made my times though! Well, a little off, 5:43 pace per mile instead of my goal 5:40... I am still happy with that although the workout wasn't my best.
1.5 mile warmup, .5 mile cooldown, then inside for stretching and legs up wall sits...
