Went to Withrow high school with Bryce. It is a perfect distance away for a warmup, about 2 miles. Did 4 to 6 x 800 at 2:50 pace, moving down to 2:30 pace.

We started out at 2:45 and decided to stay there until 3.5 reps. After the first lap of the 4th rep, Bryce decided to pull away, he managed to put ~2 seconds on me on the last two.

As far as how I felt, my legs felt strong but my cardiovascular fitness was lacking a little. I was breathing as if I were going race pace, not 5:30 pace haha. That's alright though, I haven't done much more than easy/steady runs and my biking is never pushing me hard cardiovascularly really.
