Bryce and I rain a drizzly tempo at Lunken! Total times are estimated because I didn't have a watch on me. Bryce told me our last mile was 6:00 and that we averaged 6:15 so I estimated the others off of that.
Good run overall! It was at once easier than expected as well as harder than expected. I thought I was more out of running shape than that but I am not! All that said an 18:45 3 miler should have felt a little easier than it did... Still good!
