I felt pretty tired but got loosened up as the run went on... I tried drinking some maple syrup before my run for energy and I think it helped a lot.

I feel like I am in fairly decent shape right now! badass. oh by the way, the loop is extremely hilly but I like it. I feel like running it backwards would be awesome because of the one 800 ft. Hill....
