very good workout overall, I felt like I still had a bunch more in me... which is great! I am looking forward to the even faster times that should be expected of us later in the season hahaha

Each week brian has been telling us to lower our goal times by 2-3 seconds and if this continues, which I can assure you that it will under brian's watch, we should be doing 1:36s during finals week!

Hurdle drills + 15 min warmup, campus loop cooldown... makes it bout 9!
