Legs felt alright. I didn't run yesterday because of time commitments but I think it was more than that. I was nervous the whole day for the race.
I lost to a guy named Kent who just started running again after 10 years and ran a 17:45 last weekend. He ran a 18.17 today.
My first mile was 5:55 ish so I was pretty good on pace. I probably could have benefitted from slowing down a little.
