Notes

We had a pretty straightforward workout today: 8 x 200 at goal 800 race pace with 200m rest in between (400 meter rest halfway through)

I had another successful workout and I am therefore really pumped for the race this saturday!

my times were, 26.7, 29.8, 28.6, 27.9, 27.7, 28.4, 29.4, 28.3

There was a fair amount of fluctuation because I kept having things happen to me (like having to beat Shane on a 200 in his workout haha) but my average time was a respectable 28.35!

Warmup was saggy balls + hurdles and strides, cooldown was racaloop.
