Notes

after a Saggy Balls warmup and hurdles n shit we ran the workout which was:

3 x ( 3 x 200) First set in 34, then 32, then 30. there was 200 rest in between intervals and an 800 in between sets...

I ran 32.1, 34.4, 35.6, 31.9, 31.8, 32.2, 30.8, 30.4, 30.4 my legs felt surprisingly tired afterwards... I feel like the 12 miler on Monday was definitely a little much..

either way, I hit my times pretty easy and felt real good at the end.
