Great workout all things considered! We did it at Withrow track in the considerable wind. We actually ran the laps backwards for the last 5 to try and compensate - it sort of worked.
Met a new guy Chris who coaches at a local high school. He is pretty fast and his suggested rest (2:00) versus my 3:30 was a good idea - it made the workout what it needed to be.
Average time: 3:31.2
I was holding back for these because of fear that I wouldn't have been able to finish. On the last one, although I would have been tired, I could have gone maybe about 3 seconds faster relatively easily. This is a good thing!
I'm pumped because of the 5k coming up tomorrow, hopefully I can win it!
