Ran a decent interval workout at Withrow!
Bryce and Nate went off as usual but I held my own much better than they did. This is primarily due to the fact that they kept ratcheting down their pace and I held steady.
Goal was to do 4-6x800 at 2:30 pace. I revised this to be 2:45 pace but I never went that slow. I am confident that I could have finished a 6th 800 but I would have been deaddeaddead so I decided not to.
