Don't actually know what pace I ran. It was probably a little faster than that but oh well.
I went for an easy 5 miler at night yesterday. my legs felt sore and my shin was aching which I was not happy about. That being said, I definitely needed a run out to get the blood flowing again before Bryce and I's mile run off tomorrow.
Did some wall sits afterwards and stuff to make the legs feel better.
