Did 3x Crohn Conservatory hill with Bryce - aka dope smoker's paradise. I was behind from the get go of the hill just because I felt tired.
I think I am experiencing overtraining (mild) so I have decided to dial back the workouts this week and also eat more food! :)

for the 'on' reps which were from the stop sign to the obelisk. Bryce was with me on 1, ahead on 2 by a little, and ran 2:08 on 3 and then did 4 in similar time. We took an easy cooldown route. Gmaps said 6.6 miles but I think it is closer to 6.2 based on my watch split.
