Left at 6:30 to run Gilbert's - twas a nice run except that my stomach was giving me issues the whole time. I made it to the Kemper staircase before I had explosive diarrhea in a bush. Wonderful. After that I felt relatively fine! I'm not sure what set it off but the run was challenging let's say.
