1200, hurdles, saggy balls for warmup
Supposed to run 2x(400, 800, 400, 600, 200) all at mile date pace (4:45) with rest equal to half of the interval distance and then an 800 in between sets
I ran:
1:07, 2:25, 1:08, 1:45, 34, 1:10, 2:23, 1:10, 1:44, 34
Basically, I had a very strong workout, one to be proud of. and now I am sick!
