ran the first mile in 8 minutes - my legs felt really reluctant even that pace

ran the second mile in 7:20 - my legs still felt bad but they were a better kind of bad - almost a 'just finished a workout muscles are now tight' kind of bad...

ran the last 0.83 miles in 6:something

I'm glad that I could finish the run at a decent clip but I have to work on my transition game again.
