Here's what I was supposed to do: - 2 mile Warm-up Run

- 4 x 300m at 2 secs faster than Mile Goal Pace; rest = 2 mins of easy jogging

- 2 mile Cool-down Run

I don't remember my splits except for that they were good....

I am just filling this log in 3 weeks after this run haha...
