Biked West along Rt. 8 until I came to the end of the road. Then I turned around. Saw some turkeys including a giant Tom, biggest I have yet seen in the wild.
Pushed a tempo-y ride along the route back. Learned that there is a 10.7 mile segment from the Moore House to Anderson Ferry that I can chase if I want to going forward.
Got rained on for about a 4 mile section but it wasn't too bad all told.
