supposed to run 300 in 38 and then 5 x 150 in 18. Did just that. (17 for the first 150, ortherwise right on pace) rest was 5 min after the 300s and 150 walk after the 150s
warmup was saggy balls, cooldown was racaloop
legs were quite tired at the end of the workout but that is what is supposed to happen right?
