Went on a longish bike. Pushed the hill and tried to keep up a decent cadence. The backside of my knee hurt but I think that is primarily from all of the dancing I did on Saturday night yeahh!

By the end of the ride my leg was feeling good enough to do an easy 3 miles. My quad cramped up though
