Just ran to the woods and back for my cooldown. Nice and slow.

Stayed on my feet for a long time, ate some hot dogs, wore speedsuit and compression socks on the way home, felt good overall.

I also chugged gatorade with vanilla protein powder mixed in on the way home. Tasted like shit but I feel alright today (next day)
