Notes
Goal was to run 400, 800, 1600, 800, 400, 1600.
My goal pace was 1:15 for 400s, 2:40 for 800s, 5:40 for 1600s
Well I up and blew outta there on my 2nd 400 and ran a 1:03 with a slow first 100. My legs were painfully tired for the last mile and I dropped out after 1200.
Good run overall though. I need to learn to temper my speed though because I felt lazy and slow at the end there.
During the 400, it was evident that I lack any sort of hamstring/quad strength. Gotta get that!
