hurdles and indoor warmup then 5 x 150 at goal of 19s with 250 jog rest.

I ran 19.6, 20.1, 18.6, 18.9, 18.4

The first four 200s were from a jogging start. The last one was from a standstill... Overall the workout was fine... pretty easy.
