I swam a continuous set in the GE pool. I'm not sure how far I went because I lost track towards the end. I didn't make it the full mile as I had wanted because my quads and calves started to cramp up. This is likely a lasting effect of the hill workout yesterday. Time to rest up! I gotta go on an easy bike tomorrow, then an easier bike, then a race!
