Workout at elm, 800 at LT right into 600 at 1-2 mile race pace right into 400 rest, right into 800 at LT right into 600 at 1-2 mile race pace. 5 min rest and then 1800 at 8k race pace. First 600 was in 1:56, second in 1:48, 800's at 3:00. 1800 was at 2:53 pace for 800's.... Went well!!
