Ran 8 x hills today. 2.25 mile warmup, 2 mile cooldown... Legs felt tired but the hills were manageable in a painful sort of way. It was nice having 50s and rain though because I could comfortably wear compression shorts and my legs stayed warm...

I ran 1:30.04, 3:53, 1:32.63, 3:59, 1:30.39, 3:57.4, 1:34.5, 4:06, 1:33.3, 4:06, 1:30.8, 4:17, 1:31.9, 4:03, 1:30.3.

The average of this set is 1:31.73 seconds! I was on pace!
