supposed to go 1000 at goal mile (2:48), 800 at 70% of that,1000 at goal mile (2:48), 800 at 70% of that, 400 at goal mile

ran 3 miles as warmup (BBBS) and hurdle drills

went through first 1000 in 3:03, rest in i don't know, second 1000 in 3:13, rest in i don't know, 400 in 71

terrible workout. Probably because I had so many finals and was working on ~3 hours of sleep

Either way, I had a final that night so I didn't cooldown
