Notes

For the workout I did a modification of Gilbert's - I ran down McMillan and Collins to river for the warmup. Ran along river and up eegleston for the tempo, and then cooled down from the Horseshoe casino sign to home by route of up gilberts, right on Nassau and over the bridge.

I had to walk the last part of the run - aka where Gilbert turns to Nassau - because my left achilles was aching. That's okay though, I needed the rest after completing the workout!
