Twas a good ride - I got trounced by the hill into Ft. Thomas - I could do it easy enough in one push but my right glute cramped which is a fairly unique experience in my book.
The rest of the ride went well! The bad cog on my bike totally needs replacing so I think I am going to go to that now before I have to ride on it the whole summer.
