Ran 7 x 400 aiming for 75s per lap. I wanted to run 10 but I found myself very tired by 7, more so than I should have been.
I took off and jogged around the track easy for the rest of the workout. Oh and rest was 2:30 for each interval. Bryce was saying that it was too long but towards the end he was feeling the workout - perfect timing!
