Biked over to Kugler mill hill, then did 7x up it, then came back along camargo. I pushed too hard in the beginning and consequently died towards the last two. Did I mention that it was 93degrees out and sunny and humid? What a stupid temperature for bike riding in.
Anyway, Kugler mill road is 1.4 miles and 300ft of uphill. Rest was to coast back down at the end.
