5x100 (drill, kick, drill swim)

7x(100 HARD, 50 easy) leave on 4min. I hit 1:15, 1:09, 1:07, 1:08, 1:10, 1:12, 1:08 - felt good for the first 50 but was tired and sloppy at the end of the 100s, still need to get some endurance!
