who knew that 25 minutes on the trainer could be so rough! I did 10min warmup and then did 3 minutes at quite a hard effort (think hill interval level) then I did 3 min recovery then I did 2.5 minutes at one lower gear than the first interval but trying for a fast spin. Then I did however much cooldown gets me to 25min..
The workout was short but sweet! just what my legs needed after a fairly long day on Wed.
