Fun workout

800 at LT into 600 at mile race into 200 rest into 800 LT into mile race.

3:03, 1:43, slow, 3:30, 1:41

My legs felt tired throughout but I really think it was simply because I was not used to running at mile race pace that much.

The cooldown was a doozy - - as soon as the workout was finished, the overcast sky opened up with rain, really cold rain. I only had a cotton t-shirt and tights on and was really cold the entire time. We did Lucky loop cooldown and Elm park warmup.
