Notes

Did intervals, ran a .65 mile loop where we would run uphill starting 40meters before drury lane and running partway up bancroft until we hit the siderail and then an easy jog back down for cooldown... Ran the loop 8 times total

1.5 mile warmup, 2.25 mile cooldown... felt really good!

we hit 1:47 avg on the way up and avged about 3:40 on the easy portion... Overall good run!
