Swam outside with Josh! what a nice pool this is! It is 50m long (never done that before) all to ourselves, 4feet deep the whole way, outside, flanked by big trees, and they play music! all-in-all it's a pretty good place to be :)
We did 400m warmup
6x50s slow, med, fast
then 4x100s on around 1:40 (1:30 pace)
Then 100 cooldown
