this is gonna sound bad but I haven't entered in my log in like 2 weeks and I am trying to remember the workouts I did here...

this one was 5 x 200 with 200 rest and I know I averaged about 28 mid/low for most of the reps and then 26 for the last one... otherwise nothin...
