Swam in the GE pool for the first time in.... awhile.
I broke up a 1600 into smaller 400yd sets 400 easy (6:10), 400 cruising (6:01) 200 easy on 4min 200 harder in 3:01 or so, 100 easy in 3 min and 100 harder in 1:21.
overall it was a nice swim but I am definitely out of shape! time to change that
