86F 50% Humidity - Nate and I set out to ride 60mi Eastbound on 52 and we succeeded! Coincidentally, this ride coincided perfectly with turning around at Ulysses S. Grant's birthplace! His house is the size of a modern garage by the way.
The ride went well - we averaged low 20s on the way out because it was flat and there was a nifty tailwind. On the way back we were a little slower and also included a nifty Cat 4 hill at the end.
Good ride! my legs were fatigued at the end but not dead.
