Notes

Workout was rough today. 7x1k with a 1:30-2min rest, but I just ended up doing 6k. Felt bad after the first one - couldn't keep up with most of the girls after that. My body just wouldn't let me go faster, mentally and physically. But coach reminded me not to get down on myself, I'm still getting into it and I've never done this kind of training before!

Splits: 4:08, 4:13, 4:28, 4:43, 4:43, 4:25.

After I finished I felt nauseous and had a bad headache - think I might be sick :(
