Notes

First 4 hills were on Nicholoson St. (50%, 55%, 60%, 65%). The last 4 hills were on Woodworth Ave. (70%, 75%, 80%, 85%). Overall I felt pretty good. The first four hills were easy, and the last four were tougher, but I felt strong. It was a good workout. 3x Lunges and 3x froggies on blue mats afterwards. 2min cooldown around gym because I had 8AM class. PM off.
