I dropped my dog off at my house and went out to continue running. I ran with my ipod instead. I ran the hill-iest route I could in the neighborhood across from mine. It is an older neighborhood, so it has more trees to block the wind cuz it was windy. Overall, today was okay... and this was my first ever running ahead log.. not to shabby.
