Was at practice at 6:30 instead of 7, but oh well. I just wish people would be more responsible and let others know when practice changes... even if it is in the email. One little number out of a whole email isn't what I'm actively searching for when I look at workouts. The run was good, we went to Garnsey Park. There were an abnormal amount of houses that still had Christmas decorations on them. It was weird. The run was a little bit on the slower side. That's pretty much it.
