Sick with laryngitis and dry cough that began after my last run and continued until mid-morning today. Could be a viral infection, but it could also be allergies. My weather on my Monday run was windy and I think a lot of grass pollen was blowing around. My throat was agitated afterward. The symptoms are still lingering tonight, but they were much better today than the last two days.
