A marathon with totally no training at all. Thanks to Chin for pacing, I manage to complete this marathon with a sub-5 hr finishing time. It was a painful run because of the lack of training. I had a total of 5 GU gels and 1 expired GU Roctane. Gel intake was at 8km, 16km, 22km, 28km, 35km, 39km (i think, agak-agak).
