In the morning, it rained quite heavy before the start of the race, making it cool. Tried to keep at a 6mins/km pace in the beginning but from the run data, seems like i am out of control, started too fast. I was tired out as I take on the slope in front of Peng Hwa. Felt a cramp coming at the last 1.5k, was at that time 20m behind SS. Didn't manage to overtake SS as she sped up in the last 500m. She finished 4th while I settled for 5th. Can't believe I placed!! Missed the podium finishing.
