Notes

After suffering on last couple long runs, I decided to do a better job of pacing. I also had more frequent water breaks and walked while drinking. I also stopped for two minutes in last 2 miles to get water from drinking fountain. While not as fast as previous runs, I felt good at the end.

All things considered, I felt really good about this run - especially since I did a 10 mile run the previous day.
