Run felt superb today. Ran with Joe, Liam, and Madz. I know that the pace seems quicker but it was mostly organic. We were all just running as a group. Things felt real good. It was a blast.
Church afterwards was talking about inadequateness. Living with God's approval rather than for His approval.
