Happy birthday Hallie <3.
A nice run with Chapman and Spitz. Chapman kept one stepping but whats new, hadn't actually talked to him in a while so it was nice to catch up. He did 5 miles with us and then spitz and i did 3 more miles on top. Got a smoothie afterwards. It was delicious. After the run and smoothies, went home to castrate our cows. Exciting stuff!
